The Federal Territory Day Golf Competition was initiated by the President, Tan Sri Sallehuddin Mohamed to celebrate the Hari Wilayah Persekutuan. Under the chairmanship of Datuk Ruslin Hasan and with his committee members, the golf competition was successfully held at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club, Damansara on Tuesday, 8 February, 2011.

The main sponsor for this competition was the Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing. Other sponsors included University College Sedaya International (UCSI), Rekobina Sdn Bhd and Gen Rekabumi Sdn Bhd.

There were 120 golfers registered for the competiton.

The Society was honoured with the presence of the Honourable Minister of the Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing, YB Dato’ Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin during lunch and graciously presented the prizes to the winners.

The winner of the trophy donated by the Honourable Minister was Dato’ Lee Eng Guan (19) with nett score of 69.
